INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 4 cups hot water

  • ***TO MAKE JUST ONE MUG you can do 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon honey, pinch cayenne and ground ginger, and 1 cup hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a mug, combine the lemon juice, honey, and spices. Stir well to combine as much as possible.

  • Pour hot water into four separate glasses, about 1 cup each.

  • Top each with 1/4 of the lemon mixture, making 4 drinks total. See ingredient list above if just making one drink.

  • Enjoy!

PEPPERMINT PADDY MARTINI

INGREDIENTS 4 Servings

8 ounces irish cream liqueur
2 ounces crème de cacao liqueur
2 ounces vanilla vodka
2 ounces heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

​

1- Fill cocktail shaker 1/3 full with ice. Add first 5 ingredients; shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into martini glasses.

 

2- Top each with a dollop of Peppermint Whipped Cream, if desired.

INGREDIENTS

  •  6 leaves of Fresh mint

  • 1 oz Lime juice

  • 1 1/2 oz White rum

  • 2 teaspoons Sugar

  • Sparkling water or club soda

  • 1 cup ice cubes, or as needed

Mint sprigs muddled with sugar and lime juice. Rum added and topped with soda water. Garnished with sprig of mint leaves. Served with a straw.
